Nepal's Prime Minister told Nepal parliament that Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura belong to Nepal.
He also said the issue should be resolved through dialogue with India.
India's response should be simple.

A territorial claim does not become a fact because it is repeated in parliament.
It does not become a fact because it is printed on a map.
And it certainly does not become a fact because it is repeated every year.
India has spent the last five years treating this as a sensitive diplomatic issue.
That approach has achieved nothing except encouraging the same claim to be raised again and again.
At some point, New Delhi needs to stop treating this a misunderstanding.
If Nepal continues repeating the same claim, India should stop responding with routine statements and start treating it as a direct challenge to Indian sovereignty.
