@transit_jam Junius is a little disingenuous to imply that existing prices are determined by market forces. Despite CC ruling out collusion (ha!), there is clearly an "understanding". CC suggestions to sell RON 95 go ignored. The operating tenders? Extortionate. Market is anything but free.
@JeffBoeker@ruima Merely as a point of discussion (since this topic often leads to unwanted bashing) - you may have a point. Specifically for foreigners: if both English and Mando are “second languages” in locals eyes, they may well question decision to use the latter. Especially if broken.

@transit_jam To be fair, shit like this happens everywhere. I’ve not researched China incidents as a % of projects, but we saw yesterday’s fire in HK, countless bridge collapses globally etc… I’d be more interested to see what heads roll and how seriously SZ deal with prevention. In HK….
