@FrontierCorp how are you even in business? The way you treat customers is ridiculous. We are a rural customer with no other option for phone or internet, which I’m sure you know, so putting a hold on all repairs in our area is easy for you. Going in 2.5 months of no service.
Another day, more calls to @AskFrontier and @FrontierCorp to see if we can get a technician to actually show up! Going on month 2 of spotty to no service and 2 no show technician visits with no explanation, but they keep sending bills
@FrontierCorp Unexpected delays… had the same excuse Tuesday, Jan 3 and Saturday, Jan 7. Today, Jan 9th would be a great day to have someone out to fix it
@AskFrontier how many phone calls should it take to get phone and internet issues resolved? How long should a trouble ticket status be pending? Can I bill frontier communications for my time they waste not providing service we pay for?
