We have all seen pts subjectively feel better after NGT insertion. NG fluid output also correlates w SBO resolution...

We r developing a novel #PancreaticCancer #assembloid model to understand #metastasis (#cancer spread).

One must also not forget that the goals of medical care is not just about "sustaining life", it can (& should) be about relieving suffering. Futile "care" achieves neither. Ideally, decisions should b made w pt n family but often we don't have time on our side.
