Felt at my absolute lowest last night, sat crying to my boyfriend about how exhausted I am and how much pressure I am feeling. Then today I found out I’ve been successful at interview, although I’m not guaranteed a job I think I’ll get to sleep a little easier tonight 😃🤞

Started work today (Sunday) at 11am. Just finished now and worked solidly through except for mealtimes. Will be up first thing to will work a full day tomorrow and every day throughout the week. Don't tell me that teachers aren't working. We're working harder.

I developed anxiety a few years ago and since then have days where I just don’t feel enough. It’s much harder to be kind to ourselves, than it is to others!
