According to @Uber_Support, it’s not their problem when a driver (representative of Uber) steals someone’s order. The restaurant didn’t take it: The person who drives for @Uber did.

Update: @Uber_Support is terrible at their job. They are still blaming @olivegarden. I spoke with the AMAZING manager from OG… Seems like @Uber_Support doesn’t want to do the job of helping the customer… they want the customer to DO THEIR JOB! #fuckubersupport
