@AmericanAir Lost patience with AA. You have a lot of not nice employees. I have same status on Delta and fly a lot. Much better experience. I shouldn’t be wasting my time doing this after a 60 minute flight. AA has serious problems.

changed my flight getting me in to my destination more than 12 hours after. Causing me to stay another night in the hotel. The only remedy they provided was to email customer service which will not help me in the now. @AmericanAir Can you help me get hotel and meal vouchers?

@clownworld Has to be @AmericanAir Airlines. They destroyed a piece of my luggage. My hardshell luggage looked like it had been run over by a truck. And then the ass hats wouldn’t reimburse me for a new piece. Hate them. Never flying them again.

lol @AmericanAir auto assigned my fiancé with two seats not next to each other but don’t worry we could pay to upgrade to the worst seats on the plane (very back, no recline, questionable bathroom odors)

@AmericanAir for a second day in a row I���ve been trying to fly out of Salisbury Wicomico Airport. Yesterday’s days flight delayed 7 times. This morning it’s delayed an hr so far and not able to make connections in CLT again! What gives? Help!

Shouldn’t have made that comment about flight to DCA yesterday! On final approach we suddenly pulled up and had to go around. “Sorry about that ladies and gentlemen there was an aircraft on the runway”. WTF - seriously!! And then to add this the baggage handlers @AmericanAir broke wheel on my suitcase. “Just scan the bar code and fill out claim!” Ugh. And I’m a very frequent flyer.
