今天看了一个报告，讲美股涨幅📈为何这么牛！

下图是一个美股涨幅贡献值占比情况：

1. 企业回购股票（38%），很大一部分是靠发行企业短期债券，3年期或5年期，21年之前美联储基准利率较低的时候，企业靠发行大量的企业债，企业发债后，拿到大笔基本没成本的���金，其中绝大多数买了自家股票（对比中国上市公司，发债基本通过关联企业套现到自己腰包了）

2. 市场风险偏好（35%），其实就是PE，大家愿意以更高价格买入企业股票，本益比提高，PE可以简单理解为：买入一只公司股票，多少年可以回本。比如PE 30倍，就是买一家公司，以企业利润来算，需要30年才能回本。为何美股风险偏好较高，大家都愿意以更高价格买入？因为过去长周期历史上，美股是收益率最高的资产之一。

3. 企业的eps成长（19%），企业业绩变好，企业盈利，估值提高，这个逻辑很简单，不用多说。

4. 公司配息（8%），这个很容易理解，对于像巴菲特这种价值投资者，是十分重视股息率的，巴菲特这次投资日本5大商社，��特地高龄亲自飞了一趟日本，主要目的也是谈企业股息分红的问题。

另外，更别提美国401K 养老金了。还有诸多来自全球的投资机构！叠加最完善的证券法监管体系（这个建议看《Billions》这部美剧）!

所以，我一直建议大家，做加密货币投资，一定要同时配置一些美股，做投资组合的分散和配置。
