@BartekMoniewski Hmm UE offers a tickbox "Run when paused" in the material Time node. One would have to be careful then to keep the BP compatible (not to forget to modify it!)
@TechArtAid Something of note:
The TIME node works differently in the UI material domain. This might save your sanity at some point when testing in-editor, so make sure to remember it.
