Recently we made it possible for teenagers (13+) to start a US company from anywhere in the world using @stripe @atlas.

@LtColShapiro Yes and I find my recovery to be wildly inconsistent. I'll get very sore from some seemingly innocuous movement. Other times not sore at all 🤷‍♂️

I'm currently reevaluating how I do my workouts. I feel like I have a good handle on how to train for strength and power. As you get older, that's just not as important and shifting to how do I grow old in this body gracefully is more of a priority. It's a tough transition.

Just had my first great run since having covid in February. Til now have felt out of breath quickly when pushing pace. Today pushed a sub 8 min/mile pace easily. Finally.
