@Hillingdon confusing messages over the new charge for collecting garden waste. Website and social media say different things and are ambiguous. 3 or 6 bags? Then do you only collect 3 bags of rubbish ie can’t put out 1 according to terms? Please clarify
@marksandspencer Why are you not informing customers at the store about this? When I queried why there were no signs The manager I spoke to said he had been told he wasn’t allowed to!!! Please explain the logic behind this?
@SixtUK horrible experience refused car at desk and refuse to tell me why! Says it was a third party check and can’t tell me - giving my details to third party and not telling me breaks GDPR
@SixtUK Like taking a booking and refusing to give you a car.. no explanation… just says the 3rd party check failed… refusing to tell me who check was with….
@SixtUK took money and booking - refused to give me a car at pick up and wouldn’t tell me why. Rented through other companies for 20 years! Apparently 3rd party do checks but refuse to tell me who - I think that’s a GDPR issue!
@AffinityWater disastrous custom service - friend has been told she can’t have a meter and to call affinity for discounted water… they are saying she needs another appointment to get water meter fitted
