If I was a graduating student in Nigeria rn, I’ll still imagine I’m getting 30k per month, save 40k for my standardised exams - GRE and/or TOEFL. Write after 8 months. Attend grad fairs, rack up fee waivers. Apply to 9 universities. Start grad school abroad the next Fall entry.
