BSNL management is so insensitive to the long pending issues of officers that even after passing of 15 long years the pay scale of junior most officers are not settled. No appropriate promotion policy. The policy makers of BSNL are on deputation from Govt having no ownership.

BSNL management is constantly depriving the executives recruited by BSNL. No promotion, No regular pension contribution, non standard pay scale. Demotivate qualified engineers through bad Hr policies. How will BSNL revive with such demotivated officers
