Until all those layers are peeled off one by one - by intention and by letting market forces function as they should - it’s a wait
@JohnPasalis John, even if that were to happen, do you believe investors from China would still be interested, atleast for near term ? Genuinely curious coz I’ve heard theories about their investing mindset offshore but not sure what truly matters? Returns or just parking cash ?
@RishiKBakshi So I guess the earliest a reasonable comparison can be made is next year , correct ? Until then I doubt there’s any benefit to this alternative approach
@itsahousingtrap Sure is! Look at some of the actors who are in the profession coz a broader population objectively find them good looking and truly so.
Challenge is - it’s very hard to master that skill in creation, especially with other stronger forces warping the process. Unfortunate

Investor driven market - Debt was the ceiling.
