@TfL I’m am dissatisfied with your lack of response I’m am going to contact my local mp and local press. This must be happening all over London. It will be affecting many peoples lives. How can you be overwhelmed with claims if you knew only 10% of cars were non compliant ??

@TfL Applied for scrappage 7am 21st, also helped neighbour apply at 11am. They heard back Friday. I still haven’t had a reply, day 11!
MOT expires Friday please can you confirm that I do not need to get a new MOT andthat I will hear before Friday (working day 14 since application).
