@Elmo_ui yall just love to complain. the live action show isn’t perfect by any means, the OG set the bar so high that anything less looks like dogshit. the new show was made with love and tried to adapt best it can. it’s not an easy thing to adapt.
@michaelshermer why would is the ETI hypothesis extraordinary exactly? the fermi paradox’s CORE argument is based on how statistically LIKELY it is that intelligent life in the universe exists. UAPs short circuit the entire paradox if their ET in origin.
@jackhneel kind of misleading tweet. tucker is saying the lie is that these ARE extraterrestrials and little green men. he’s saying they’re spiritual entities and that’s what’s being suppressed.
@Briankeating@DrBeaVillarroel thank you for having some humility and admitting where you can do better as a public scientist. we can’t learn more if we refuse to investigate. i appreciate you having @DrBeaVillarroel on and getting her amazing work some exposure.
@Winterwander@TheTransmortal@MickWest sure. just very unlikely that countless trained observers can’t tell the difference between a seagull and a truly anomalous object.
@DrBeaVillarroel@rosscoulthart i don’t think it’s their fear that funding might be at risk but rather astronomical egos, dogma, and blatant arrogance and ignorance. the phenomenon is not a repeatable event like proton collisions.
also because the stigma is so potent and successfully engineered.
Gwyneth Paltrow just invited Anduril cofounder @traestephens onto the Goop podcast — and, in a wide-ranging conversation about love, war, God, and Gwyneth’s leftist husband who thinks she’s “becoming a Republican”… Trae explains Anduril’s core goal: to engineer lasting peace.
America, Trae explains, needs AI-assisted weapons that can execute missions without endangering American lives.
Sometimes conflict is necessary. Gwyneth gets it.

@RepLuna rep luna.. i love you bc of all you do for UAP transparency but cmon. she hardly even tapped you on the arm. it was an innocent violation of personal space at worst.
@michaelshermer@AlchemyAmerican i have serious doubts your investigation into any “fringe” phenomena goes beyond a skim of wikipedia. the problem with skeptics like you is that you’ve already made up your mind. that’s not how science is done, that’s not how discoveries are made.
