🚨 Another Payout Dispute Involving Equity Edge

Trader (@sxfq_4x) aleges that @EquityEdgeUK rejected his October 8 payout over "Impulsive Trading"

According to his account:

• Passed phase 2 on August 24
• His September 2 funded account was allegedly disabled over multiple-account concerns
• After a TrustPilot review, he says he received a replacement evaluation
• Passed again on September 16 but the account was reportedly withheld over a 2-minute rule breach
• Later received another funded account and made $250, leaving $200 after the split
• His latest payout request was rejected over alleged impulsive trading

The trader shared screenshots of the firm decision and Discord messages. He claims his questions about the specific violations went unanswered before support closed his ticket.

Hey @berkayglife – which trades violated the rules?

[Teniola @Tenie_x]

@ZararEquityEdge @berkayglife @EquityEdgeUK all I did was speak up about what I believe was unfair treatment. My $3,692 payout was rejected, and I was offered a $25K account, while another trader reportedly received $2,000 in goodwill compensation for the same stated violation. Now I’ve been blocked for raising my concerns. Why block me instead of addressing the issue? Am I wrong for asking to be treated fairly?

[Teniola @Tenie_x]

@theproptruth @sxfq_4x @EquityEdgeUK @EquityEdgeUK this is wrong!

🚨 @EquityEdgeUK, I’M NOT GOING TO KEEP QUIET ABOUT THIS.@PropFirmsGuru @propfirmsupdate @theproptruth

If Jeremy can reportedly receive 2% of his account as goodwill compensation after a payout rejection for One-Sided Betting, why shouldn’t I receive the same 2% consideration?

My $3,692 payout was rejected, and I was offered a $25K account to trade again. After all the hard work, time, and effort I put into becoming profitable, you expect me to accept a completely different resolution without questioning it?

I initially deleted my posts because I wanted to move on, but seeing another trader receive a different offer for the same stated violation made me realise I cannot simply stay silent while I feel I’m being treated unfairly.

This is business, not friendship. I’m not asking for favours. I’m asking for consistent treatment, transparency, and the same consideration given to another trader.

If 2% goodwill compensation was considered appropriate for Jeremy, I believe my case deserves the same consideration.

@EquityEdgeUK, @berkayglife I’m asking you to review my case and explain why the resolutions are different.

I WILL NOT KEEP QUIET UNTIL MY CONCERNS ARE PROPERLY ADDRESSED.

@propfirmsupdate @EquityEdgeUK @Tenie_x This is bad on the firm.
They should be consistent

[Teniola @Tenie_x]

@amnaqayyum56 @propfirmsupdate @EquityEdgeUK It hurts😔

[Teniola @Tenie_x]

I just can’t sit back and watch all my hard work go to waste while another trader reportedly receives $2,000 in compensation for the same stated violation. I lost my $3,692 payout, and the alternative offered to me was another $25K account to trade again. How is that supposed to make up for what I lost? Honestly, it doesn’t make sense to me. If they considered $2,000 compensation appropriate in his case, why can’t my case receive the same consideration? I’m simply asking for equal treatment. @EquityEdgeUK @berkayglife @XBoyneX

🚨 Equity Edge Updated It's Copy Trading Rules After a Payout Dispute…

This trader (@ighotrades) has raised concerns about @EquityEdgeUK after an alleged payout denial involving it's copy trading policy.

According to the trader, the firm FAQ previously didn't clearly explain that minor copy trading was prohibited. The trader claimed the rules were updated in July to clearify that even manually opened trades with overlapping positions could be considered copy trading.

The trader stated that they asked the CEO to identify the relevant FAQ rule, arguing that the policy was unclear when the payout was denied.

[Teniola @Tenie_x]

I understand that traders should follow the rules, but that’s not even my point. Why was another trader offered $2,000 when we faced the same payout rejection reason, One-Sided Betting, while I was offered a $25K account instead? My concern is the inconsistency in how these cases are handled. Do you understand what I’m questioning? @propfirmsupdate @XBoyneX @berkayglife @EquityEdgeUK

Equity Edge: Another Payout Rejection Dispute 🚨

• Trader @sxfq_4x alleges that @EquityEdgeUK rejected his payout over “impulsive trading,” despite his claims that he followed his trading plan and strategy.

The timeline:

• Passed Phase 2 on August 24 and received a funded account on September 2, which was allegedly disabled over multiple-account concerns.

• After posting a Trustpilot review, he says the firm offered a replacement evaluation account.

• He passed again on September 16, but the account was reportedly withheld over a 2-minute rule breach.

• Following another review, the firm cited impulsive trading.

• He later received another funded account and made $250 in profit, with $200 remaining after the split.

• His October 8 payout request was rejected.

• The trader shared screenshots of the firm’s decision and his Discord conversation.

• He says his questions about how his trades violated the impulsive trading rules went unanswered, and his support ticket was closed.

• The key question: If a trader’s strategy violates a clearly defined rule, shouldn’t the firm explain exactly how the trades breached it?

Equity Edge’s response and any further evidence should also be considered.

Traders deserve clear rules, consistent decisions, and transparent payout reviews.

🚨 $3,692 IN PAYOUTS REJECTED. AND THE EXPLANATION STILL MATTERS.

A trader claims @EquityEdgeUK rejected his $3,692 payout over “One-Sided Betting” after four separate XAUUSD sell trades, with only one position open at a time.

He says he asked for evidence but never received a satisfactory explanation. Instead, he was offered a $25K account instead of his payout.

Now comes the bigger question. Another trader, Jeremy, reportedly received a $2,000 goodwill offer in a case involving an allegedly similar violation.

So @berkayglife, what explains the difference in these outcomes?

If the rules are clear, show the evidence. If violations are confirmed, explain the criteria. Traders deserve transparency and consistent treatment when their hard-earned rewards are on the line.

A payout dispute like this deserves clear answers, not unanswered questions. 👀

@propworldnews @EquityEdgeUK Thank you for your support 🫂@propworldnews @EquityEdgeUK @berkayglife can you answer why the compensation were different?

[𝑰𝒈𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒔 @ighotrades]

Nobody go try me this period again sha

[Teniola @Tenie_x]

@fxlimo @EquityEdgeUK @berkayglife @fxlimo now do you understand where my frustration is coming from from?

[Teniola @Tenie_x]

@fxlimo @EquityEdgeUK @berkayglife I have no personal issue with Equity Edge, and I’m not asking anyone to blindly take my side. My concern is that the way these cases are being handled doesn’t appear fair or consistent.

My payout was rejected for an alleged rule violation, and I was offered a $25K instant account. Another trader reportedly faced a payout rejection for the same reason but was offered $2,000 in compensation.

How is that fair if the same rule is being broken but the resolutions are different?

[Teniola @Tenie_x]

@fxlimo @berkayglife @EquityEdgeUK I wouldn’t just wake up one day and decide to start calling out Equity Edge publicly. I deleted my previous posts because I wanted to move on and put the situation behind me.

But when I saw another trader facing the same payout rejection over One-Sided Betting and Equity Edge reportedly offering him $2,000 as a goodwill gesture, I couldn’t help questioning the difference in treatment.

Do you think I don’t deserve goodwill too? Trading isn’t easy. The time, effort, and hard work it takes to turn an unprofitable account into a profitable one are enormous. When you finally become profitable, you start making plans and dreaming about what that money could help you achieve. Then, having your payout rejected is devastating.
