Nah, yang terjadi di beberapa daerah sekarang, guru wajib masuk saat libur sekolah (kompensasi zaman dulu dicabut) DAN cuti tahunan dipersulit (hak baru sesuai PP terbaru banyak yang tidak diberikan).

Diambil haknya, dua-duanya.
Itu poin saya.

Bukan "guru minta istimewa". Justru minta diperlakukan setara. Kalau jam kerjanya disamakan dengan struktural, ya haknya juga harus sama. 🙂

"Kenapa guru harus libur ketika murid libur?" Karena selama puluhan tahun, secara hukum libur sekolah ITU cuti-nya guru (PP 15/1953 Psl 17, PP 11/2017 Psl 315: libur sekolah disamakan dengan penggunaan cuti tahunan). Perkara ini bukan privilese, tapi sempat menjadi trade-off resmi.

Guru tidak dapat 12 hari cuti seperti ASN lain, sebagai gantinya ikut kaldik.

Lha, sekarang banyak yg kehilangan keduanya. Cuti tahunan gak dikasih, libur sekolah tetap masuk.

Soal analogi penyuluh pertanian, tidak ada yang bilang guru gabut saat murid libur. Poin saya bukan "guru mau libur terus", tapi "berikan hak cuti yang sudah dijamin PP." Beda ya, hak dan kemalasan itu.

I'm crying with Egyptians right now because they're leaving this World Cup with their heads held high, as they absolutely should. They were the better team for large stretches of that game, barring the final ten minutes, where decisions once again swung unfairly against them.

I'm crying with the rest of Africa too. Because the pattern is impossible to ignore. Fouls overlooked. Officiating one-sided. And a growing frustration that African teams are consistently on the wrong end of these moments.
