its a good thing a few of the ingredients i was vaguely thinking of using had gone bad already bc its 2am and i have only chopped up aromatics and leeks and made meatballs. i was going to sweat and chop and fry eggplant. for a kitchen sink soup. i cant be trusted with ingredients
