So today, I get an email from Archway, the feastivities ornament fulfillment company for Purinaletting me know that Ion the replacement/refund list. I have been collecting this ornament for 40 years. I am so disappointed with Archway and Purina.

@NestlBed I ordered a bed frame that was delivered through Amazon. It arrived without the remote control. Amazon is requiring that I return everything - they cannot ship just a replacement remote control. I need you to send me a remote or I’m going to have to return the bed.
@McDonalds I purchased an adult happy meal. When I got home the toy was a Crash Team Rumble. I contacted McD’s customer support at 800-244-6227. They opened case #28249929. Please refund my meal, give me the points in the app to get another meal, or send me the McNugget Buddy.
@ResortForaDay I purchased 2 passes to Atlantis for this weekend. My cruise on Royal Caribbean ship Mariner of the Seas was extended from Monday to Wednesday. Because of other commitments I had to cancel. I will receive a credit for another cruise. Can I get a refund or credit?
@RoyalCaribbean I live in a city that is slated to be hit by #Dorian. You allow your Coco Cay employees to be home to prepare for the storm, shouldn’t you extend the same consideration to your guests-whom you hope will plan future trips with RC?#StateofEmergency
