@burkeholland Hope you throw out one of your great yt vids about "Stay close to the harness. Reduce MCP as much as you can. Mention specific files so the AI doesn’t have to grep."
@mattpocockuk@burkeholland Had this (and others) bookmarked to get back to it.
1. write-a-prd -> now to-prd?
2. prd-to-plan -> gone?
3. request-refactor-plan -> deprecated...should I avoid?
Thanks in advance.
@OrenMe@code 2. Additional, like your tweet a while back about using /init Review my AI primitives that evaluated everything 'blindly', was hoping for something that evaluated everything in current context just to see how heavy a combo of global,project rules + agents etc and how to improve.
@OrenMe@code 1. Maybe impossible to stop, but with the 'Problems' not removing as you fix them I was tending to fix all I liked, then 're-evaluate'. Seems like it could go on forever. It just keeps finding new tweaks/problems.
@_Evan_Boyle@Ryan_Hecht@awakecoding@burkeholland I'm in a good state now. Want me to open with screenshots from these couple tweets or just leave it and move on as a 'one off' glitch from temp bug in cli?
@_Evan_Boyle@burkeholland Anything going on with /remote command? Screen shot shows:
1. Attempt at /remote on
2. user command results
3. My github account labeled as 'personal'.
I've ran remote sessions in this repo before. Not sure why not working or where to look.
@linqpad Hmm. I'm on 'simple Pro' plan with a $50 budget after premium requests. I think I'd cap out at $70. I find $1000 insane and hoping the math is wrong :) @pierceboggan@burkeholland@_Evan_Boyle That seem correct to you? Last I heard, Copilot was the better buy-could be wrong
@_Evan_Boyle@burkeholland@Ryan_Hecht Yes, probably - they've disabled everything, grr. /user list shows following. I signed into -conduent account only in VS Code. Didn't know it would carry over here and I'm not sure of the diff between terryaney and (via gh) accounts.
@clairernovotny Hi. Just curious on your Anvil agent branch. Still happy with its behavior with your changes? Were you seeing some bad results before your implementation or did you see the patch before it was exposed? Just wondering if I stick with anvil repo or your repo :)
@burkeholland Also curious if this was your reason for possibly not accepting the open PR on anvil that looks pretty interesting. Maybe was just too verbose in your opinion?
@burkeholland Curious, during Anvil operation will it read repo level instructions and follow them? I have repo instructions that tell it to use 1-2 custom agents (if applicable). It seems on recent task Anvil may not have read instructions or agent calls based on results.
