This PHV was seen driving at speed in @MPSWestminster by officers from #cabsunit. Vehicle stopped and driver was found to be not licenced by @TfLTPH. Driver also had a revoked driving licence, no insurance and is being investigated for taking a vehicle without the owners consent.
