🔥Bringing INSIGHT to VLAs through token-level uncertainty.
Our new work INSIGHT is the first to bring inference-time introspection to VLAs models, letting them know what they don’t know so they can ask for help.

#CoRL2025 folks! My alum Eason is presenting his MS research on single-demonstration generalization for new task orientations. Go say "hi" and check out his cool work! He'll be at Poster #58 on Monday, Sept 29.
Check out his TReF6 paper: https://t.co/GdwsXpmArp
Our CoRL paper is out! TLDR: INQUIRE is a robot learning system that optimizes over multiple query types: demonstrations, preferences, corrections, and rewards. It results in faster, more robust learning than SOTA using single or fixed-pattern query types. https://t.co/UL7Ck3ah5G
"INQUIRE: INteractive Querying for User-aware Informative REasoning" was accepted as a Poster at the 6th Annual Conference on Robot Learning (CoRL) 2022! Authors include lab members Tesca Fitzgerald, Pallavi Koppol, Patrick Callaghan, and Henny Admoni. 🥳
Calling all undergrads interested in AI! 🤖 Applications for the AAAI Undergrad Consortium are due on Nov 6. Travel funding available, with priority for students local to the DC area and students with multiple marginalized identities. Details here: https://t.co/Ge7Zz2THI6
Robotics Engineering Colloquium Series continues this Wednesday 12-1 pm at UH520.
Dr. Tesca Fitzgerald, Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Yale University, will be presenting research on "Learning to address novel situations through human-robot collaboration".#WPIRobotics
Novel tasks can be overwhelming to a robot if it has not been properly trained. New CS faculty member Tesca Fitzgerald is developing algorithms to enable robots to ask for help in novel situations. Learn about her work and more: https://t.co/2Fv7AwsxuA
