A 12-year-old son of a police officer was fatally shot outside a bodega in the Bronx.

Surveillance footage shows the boy paying at the deli’s front counter, then leaving and hopping on his bike shortly before being shot. Moments later, a violent brawl erupted in front of him involving about six black men. He was an innocent bystander.

He was taken to Lincoln Hospital and pronounced dead.

Two other men were also shot: a 25-year-old man was hit in the buttocks and a 34-year-old man was struck in the foot. Both were taken by private means to Bronx Lebanon Hospital and are listed in stable condition.

Police said it is unclear who fired the shots or who the intended target was. The suspects fled the scene in a black BMW.
