@chilternrailway Okay, I accept that. Can you answer the following please. Why do we have to wait to allow other services to overtake us? For further context. We had to wait at H&T parkway to allow a faster service to overtake causing further disruption to our service.

@chilternrailway Surely advanced tickets should be automatically refunded? How are you going to make my journey experience better. Yesterday’s service terminated at Gerard’s Cross. Today there has been another delay with other “faster services” being allowed to overtake us, delaying us further.
