@BBCBreaking but I would have felt worried at looking 'uncool' by calling them out on reckless behaviours. I also didn't read the news back then, so we must educate our young people. My sister is 15 and I'm so worried for when she and her friends start to drive. (2/)

@BBCBreaking I think families with teenagers should share these stories with them - it's so easy to get sucked into situations like this. I was definitely a passenger in dangerous situations back when I was a teen, it was all so exciting friends being able to drive..(1/2)

@AA_utd @BBQKingInNZ @piersmorgan It's not as simple as that. Yes, they killed her but social services had so many opportunities to prevent that from happening. So blame must almost be put on them. They are there to prevent incidents like this happening and they didn't despite so much evidence & so much history

@Osgoodnb1 I don't think this is a case of jumping on a band wagon. Surrey SS allowed a child to return to a parent that had a history of physical abuse. Then when new referrals were made with fresh concerns, they were no further actioned despite extensive history. They failed her.
