@LoneStarLegendX 2. You can have up to a qp of weed and be misdemeanor. No enhancements with possession. School zones they might pop you. Just depends. When they changed the thc and made all the delta bs.. It's not weed anymore it's different. Not saying should be a felony though.

1. Dui is for minors here. Getting two dwis here are misdemeanor. Still can get jail. 3 they enhance it and give you 3rd degree felony. Still might get probation maybe prison though just depends on your case. Dwi w accident is different.
