@UberEats wants me to pay for food I could not eat. The order was wrong. Multiple attempts with customer service have been BEYOND frustrating. Amazon fully refunds if the order is wrong. Didn’t eat it, shouldn’t pay.

@Uber_Support responded multiple times to them. I#same response back. Ask for help on a $20 order and get $5. Complain, get nothing but template responses. Then directed back to them for, I assume, another copy and paste response. I will use FAVOR or WAITR. I have coupons
