حکومت کی جانب سے جب سے اعلان ہوا کہ پیٹرول پر عوام کو 100 روپے فی لیٹر ریلیف دیا جائے گا، تو میں نے بھی سوچا کہ کیوں نہ میں بھی چیک کر لوں کہ حکومتی سبسڈی میں میرا نام بھی ہے یا نہیں۔

میں نے 9771 پر اپنی تفصیلات کے ساتھ میسج کیا۔ تھوڑی ہی دیر بعد جواب آیا:

"ماہانہ 20 لیٹر کے لیے رجسٹریشن کامیاب۔
ٹوکن کے لیے TOK لکھ کر بھیجیں۔"

پھر جب میں نے TOK لکھ کر بھیجا تو جواب آیا کہ میں 29 ستمبر تک 5 لیٹر پیٹرول حاصل کر سکتا ہوں۔

میں نے سوچا، چلو اچھا ہے، مجھ سمیت عوام کو کچھ تو ریلیف ملے گا۔ لیکن مجھے اس وقت جھٹکا لگا جب میرا ایک دوست پیٹرول لینے گیا اور واپس آ کر بتایا:

"بھائی، 500 روپے کا پیٹرول فری دے رہے ہیں، اس کے بعد جتنا پیٹرول مزید ڈلوانا ہو، اس کے پیسے آپ کو خود دینے ہوں گے۔"

اب بات میری سمجھ سے باہر ہے۔ اگر 5 لیٹر پیٹرول کے برابر 500 روپے کا ریلیف دینا ہے تو 5 لیٹر پیٹرول دیں یا 500 روپے کا مفت پیٹرول، بات تو ایک ہی ہونی چاہیے۔

لیکن سوال یہ ہے کہ جب ہمیں 5 ��یٹر پیٹرول دیا ہی نہیں جا رہا اور صرف 500 روپے کا مفت پیٹرول دیا جا رہا ہے، تو پھر ریکارڈ میں یہ کیوں ظاہر کیا جا رہا ہے کہ ہم نے 5 لیٹر پیٹرول وصول کر لیا ہے؟

اگر کسی کو اس کی صحی�� سمجھ ہے تو مہربانی کرکے وضاحت کر دے، کیونکہ مجھے تو یہ بات سمجھ نہیں آ رہی۔ 🤔
