The raptors chosen at Auburn are rescued from the wild to the AU Vet School Raptor Center, & that for various reasons likely wouldn’t survive if released to the wild, but they can fly.
@Todd_Spence No, there was at least one other time. In the mid-1970’s, there was a strange Bob Hope NBC special with over 100 famous comedians. I forget the title, but it referenced the movie Jaws, and the plot was that a serial killer was murdering famous comedians. Carson did a cameo.

@ManerWare I can think of several other examples. Modern editions of Dracula usually contain a chapter called Dracula’s Guest, which was cut from the first edition. And many authors have posthumous reprints with cut material, usually called “critical editions.”
@ManerWare Yes. After his death, Robert Heinlein’s wife published the unedited text of Stranger in a Strange Land, with 70,000 additional words, if memory serves me right. I found it slightly better than the original masterpiece.
