This sort of canned responses show your team does not care about customers. There is no resolution and no interest in learning more about the incident, only a response done via copy-paste. @AmericanAir do better!
@AmericanAir this employee has been yelling at passengers while checking them to flight 2268 from TPA to DFW. There is a 2 hr delay cause by AA, the last thing he needs to do is yell at us. He said his name is “Yuli”?

@BreezeAirways Not with Breeze! You cancelled my flight from XNA to TPA twice, and never covered the expenses I incurred into even though I filled the form and sent the receipts. I lost a day and a half at work. Horrible airline!

@BoABolivia su vuelo 648 de CBB a VVI que en teoría salía 15:55 hoy se retrasó ya 3 veces. La nueva hora estimada es 19:30 pero dudo que cumplan. Y ningún empleado da la cara. Debería darles vergüenza. No tienen concepto de profesionalismo.
