@BestBuy I bought like new open box airpods and they were shipped to me still linked to someone else's AppleID. This is not only an annoyance, but a major breach of my privacy, as the owner of that account can see my location.

Customer service was unhelpful and required me to drive to the store and they couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it. So I returned them and had another pair shipped to my house only to have the same exact problem!

@Avis charged for fuel service. I returned car with more gas than it had when I left. When I picked up on the rental agmnt, it said full & I went back to the counter and they corrected it to 1/4 tank see photo attached of the fuel level upon pick up as well the rental agrmt mod.

@CarnivalCruise on Carnival paridise and was having troubles with the premium internet I paid $35 for 24 hours. Customer service was rude and just cancelledy internet and only gave me 50% refund

The attendant at the gate check pickup said "I heard it break on the way up. they do this all the time even though we tell them to be careful. The way the elevator is it smashes things on the edge."

@Allegiant we are evacuating tge hurricane and the baggage handlers completely snapped our stroller, rendering it unusable. I filed a claim and says 48 hours. What am I supposed to do in the meantime?
