Spent a day full of insights with our leaders at the Welspun Corp Strategic Leadership Meet 2026.

Many important themes came up during the discussions, such as leadership, culture, AI, technology, execution and the future of our businesses.

One thought stayed with me: knowledge is now available at the press of a button because of AI. But what makes the difference is the ability to take ownership, solve problems, adapt to change and turn ideas into results.

As leaders, we must continue to learn and unlearn, invest time in understanding details, build stronger connections with our teams and create a culture that encourages accountability and growth. 

Equally important is focusing on 'Return on Talent Employed' or ROTE, ensuring that we create an environment where people can contribute, grow and perform at their full potential.

As we continue our 40-year journey, I am encouraged by the energy, aspirations and commitment of our leaders and I am certain that our biggest opportunities are still ahead of us.
