I’m so proud of what our team has built with JST-2, the world’s first full-stack physics-native world model.
Beyond the memes and viral videos, we’ve been building something bigger.
Been enjoying the world and been building with it as well - will share some exciting stuff I’ve made with it soon!
Today we are releasing JST-2, the world's first full-stack physics-native world foundation model.
Many world models learn in pixel/video space. We went back to first principles and built the entire model stack in 3D.
Generate a 3D scene in seconds and expand it in real time. Create characters with motion built in, all through one general architecture.
I had way too much fun building this Lord of the Rings-inspired Rivendell game with ChatGPT Astra + our JST-2 world model. Generating the scenes made it so much easier to build, and so much prettier.
Come explore the valley, the Unseen World and the Council!

3/ ChatGPT Astra helped me put the scenes, character and animations together, then add Bilbo’s letter, clues and the Q switch. I spent a lot of time tweaking the camera, music and that little jump :)
Come try it: https://t.co/8EhjWcLFyD
2/ I tried a few versions and kept coming back to the simpler valley. For the opening, I kept the sharp pano as the backdrop and built a small walkable terrace in front of it. Fewer buildings, more room to enjoy the view.
