Gujarat High Court has just delivered a scathing rebuke to Vadodara Collector Anil Dhameliya. In open court, Justice Niral R. Mehta rejected his repeated apologies and called his affidavit “disturbing” and “scandalous” for casting aspersions on a judicial officer.
The judge’s words were blunt:
“You can’t make any statement against any judicial officers like this. Don’t dare it even in the future. You are not allowed. Keep your bureaucracy upto your collector office.”
He further observed that the Collector had “crossed the limit” and that the Court had come across dozens of his orders on non-agricultural (NA) permissions that thoroughly flouted the law and the High Court’s own dictums.
This is not an isolated episode. The same Collector already faces contempt proceedings (with charges framed in at least one matter) for non-compliance with earlier High Court orders on NA cases. Fines have been imposed previously. The Court has now directed Additional Chief Secretary (GAD) T. Natarajan to place both this case and the earlier contempt matter before the disciplinary authority and tell the Court, by 27 November, what action the Government of Gujarat proposes to take.
Officers are expected to place facts before the Court, not comment on the conduct of judicial officers. When a District Collector repeatedly passes orders contrary to settled law, faces contempt, and then files an affidavit attacking a judicial officer, the High Court is right to demand accountability.
The people of Gujarat are entitled to know what concrete disciplinary action will follow. The ACS, GAD, the Chief Secretary, and the Government of Gujarat must answer—not with more apologies, but with a clear decision on whether an officer who has been found to flout court orders and cast aspersions on the judiciary will continue in this post.

What I have stated above is very disturbing but would you care to know why this is happening? Why is the collector of Vadodara acting the way he is? This is just one case and one officer
I am sure if we unearthed, many such cases will come to the forefront. I pity these IAS and IPS officers who have become puppets in the hands of Politicians specially of BJP. Where is the office of Vadodara Member Of Parliament @drhemangjoshimp ?? Right in The Collector's office!! Who is so naive to think that the Collector is taking all his decisions independently? At least the clip here doesn't suggest that? Anyone who has cleared UPSC and become a DM would have that understanding but Shri Dhameliya hasn't, why? Connect the dots. This is the practice where ever there is BJP government and the coaches who teach these things are our own honourable PM and HM. Figure out yourself.

We have a very short memory!

Before pointing fingers at @Dev_Fadnavis bhau, let’s take a moment to remember who he is, what he has stood for, and what he has done for Maharashtra, the BJP, the Nation, Dharma, and Hindutva

This is a leader who has stood firm on his ideology even when it came at a political cost. A leader who has worked to strengthen the BJP, championed Hindutva, stood up for Hindu interests, and consistently recognised the importance of every karyakarta from the smallest grassroots worker to the highest ranking leader

Politics cannot be judged by one statement, one decision, or one moment of disagreement. A leader’s contribution must be measured by his years of commitment, his work on the ground, his ideological conviction, and his ability to stand firm when the pressure is greatest.

It is easy to criticise when emotions run high. It is even easier to forget the past when the present does not suit our expectations. But those who truly believe in an ideology must have the maturity to distinguish between constructive criticism and unfairly targeting someone who has dedicated years to that very cause.

Supporting Devendra Fadnavis bhau does not mean believing that a leader can never be questioned. It means having the fairness to acknowledge his contribution, the conviction to stand by him when criticism is unjust, and the wisdom to judge him by his entire record not by selective narratives.

Our commitment to the Nation, Dharma, BJP and Hindutva should be bigger than temporary disagreements and momentary outrage. We must never forget the leaders who have stood by the ideology and the karyakartas who have built this movement from the ground up.

Ideologies are not upheld by convenience, and loyalty is not proven only when everything is going well. It is tested when standing by your principles becomes difficult.

Devendra Fadnavis bhau deserves to be judged with fairness, remembered for his work, and respected for his unwavering commitment to Maharashtra, the BJP, Hindutva and every karyakarta who has stood with the movement.

Remember the work. Respect the commitment. Never let selective outrage erase the bigger picture

गलती हुई है तो कानून के अनुसार कार��रवाई कराइए, किसी गरीब की रोजी-रोटी पर हमला करना कौन-सी अमीरी है?

याद रखिए, गाड़ी की कीमत इंसान की औकात नहीं बताती, बल्कि उसका व्यवहार उसका असली चरित्र दिखाता है!
