@CooperativeBank I am trying to contact you regarding my mortgage at your number 08000288288 and I can't get through at all. Yesterday the call queue said 30mins but I got no answer even after 1:45hrs! How are customers supposed to reach you?

@vbbabunath @TheFCA @financialombuds @CooperativeBank 1hr 45mins and counting. That is 1 hour more than the claimed 45mins when the call "connected". All I want to know is my account balance and there is no way to know other than using this 1 phone line which I think is not even manned!

I was told that I will need to speak to the mortgage team for this. Let me know if you or someone else from your team can help
