சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் நடந்த ஆள் மாறாட்டம்

முன்னாள் சென்னை மாநகர ஆணையர் அருண் அவர்களை நீதிபதிகள் ஜி.ஆர் சுவாமிநாதன் மற்றும் லட்சுமி நாராயணன் ஆகியோர் சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில், கட்டுமான நிறுவன உரிமையாளர் ஷர்மா மீது அருண் பிறப்பித்த குண்டர் சட்டம் தொடர்பான ஒரு வழக்கில் இன்று (27.05.2026) ஆஜராகுமாறு கடந்த 20 மே 2026 அன்று உத்தரவிட்டனர். இது தொடர்பாக சம்மனை அருணிட��் நேரில் வழங்க சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற ஊழியர் ஹரிகிருஷ்ணன் அருண் IPS இயக்குனராக உள்ள லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத்துறைக்கு 26 மே 2026 அன்று சென்றார்.

நேற்று (26.05.2026) பிற்பகல் 3.05 க்கு லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத்துறை இயக்குனர் அலுவலகம் சென்ற உயர்நீதிமன்ற ஊழியர் ஹரிகிருஷ்ணனை, மாலை 5.15 வரை சம்மனை வாங்கிக் கொள்ளாமல் 2 மணி நேரத்துக்கும் மேலாக காக்க வைத்துள்ளனர்.

இன்று காலை இவ்வழக்கு விசாரணைக்கு வந்தபோது, சம்மனை வாங்க மறு���்து காக்க வைத்ததற்கான காரணம் குறித்து கடும் கோபமடைந்த நீதிபதிகள், உயர்நீதிமன்ற ஊழியரை காக்கவைத்தது யார் ? அவர் நேரில் ஆஜரானபின்தான் விசாரணையை தொடங்குவோம் என்று கூறி, மதியத்துக்கு வழக்கை ஒத்தி வைத்தனர்.

யார் அந்த நபர் என்று அனைவரும் எதிர்பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருந்தபோது, மதியம் 2.30 க்கு விசாரணை தொடங்கியது. அப்போது லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத்துறையிலிருந்து ஹர்ஷா மோகன் என்ற முகாம் சிறப்பு உதவியாளர் ஆஜரானார். அவரிடம் நீதிபதிகள், நீதிமன்ற ஊழியரை 2 மணி நேரம் ஏன் காக்க வைத்தீர்கள். சம்மனை வாங்குவதில் உங்களுக்கு என்ன தயக்கம். உயர்நீதிமன்றம் என்றால் இவ்வளவுதான் மரியாதையா ? என்று கேள்விகளை எழுப்பினார். நீதிமன்ற ஊழியரை காக்க வைக்க உங்களுக்கு என்ன நெஞ்சழுத்தம் என்று கேட்டபோது ஹர்ஷா மோகன், இயக்குனர் (அருண்) ரகசிய வேலையாக (confidential meeting) இருந்ததால் அவரிடம் தகவல் சொல்ல முடியவில்லை, அதனால்தான் தாமதம் என்றும், மன்னிக்கவும் என்றும் கூறினார்.

ஒரு க��ழ்நிலை ஊழியரை தண்டிக்க வேண்டாம் என்று நினைத்த நீதிபதிகள், லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத்துறை ஊழியர் ஹர்ஷா மோகனின் மன்னிப்பை ஏற்ற பின் வழக்கு விசாரணையை தொடங்கினர்.

ஆனால் உயர்நீதிமன்ற ஊழியரை காக்க வைத்தது, ஹர்ஷா மோகன் அல்ல !!

அவரை காக்க வைத்தது, அருணின் கைத்தடியாக, அருண் உதவி காவல் கண்காணிப்பாளாராக சாத்தான் குளத்தில் 1998 ல் பணியில் சேர்ந்தது முதல் இன்று வரை பணியாற்றும் “உதவியாளர்” ஐயப்பன்தான் அது.

கடைசியாக அருண் சென்னை மாநகர காவல் ஆணையாளராக இருந்தது வரை, ஐயப்பன்தான் உடன் இருந்தார். இப்போது, அருண் லஞ்ச ஒழிப��புத்துறை இயக்குனராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டதும், ஐயப்பனை அழைத்து வந்து விட்டார்.

ஐயப்பனும் அருணும் எவ்வளவு நெருக்கம் என்பதை நான் பல முறை பதிவு செய்திருக்கிறேன்.

நேற்று, உயர்நீதிமன்ற ஊழியர் ஹரிகிருஷ்ணனை காக்க வைத்தது ஐயப்பன். கையெழுத்து போட்டது மட்டும் தான் ஹர்ஷா மோகன். ஆள்மாறாட்டம் செய்தது அருண்.

உண்மையில் அருண் லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத்துறை ஊழியர் ஹர்ஷா மோகன் சொன்னது போல ரகசிய வேலையி���் (confidential meeting) இல்லை.

அருணின் மனைவி மற்றும் இரு மகள்கள் லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத்துறை அலுவலகத்தை சுற்றி பார்க்க வந்திருந்தார்கள். அவர்களை அறைக்குள் வைத்துக்கொண்டுதான் அருண் ஹரிகிருஷ்ணனை காக்க வைத்தார்.

இப்படி இருக்கையில், ஐயப்பனை காட்டிக்கொடுக்க விரும்பாத அருண், இன்று உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில், ஒரு பாவமும் அறியாத ஹர்ஷா மோகனை மாட்டி விட்டுள்ளார்.

உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தின் கண்ணில் மண்ணை தூவி விட்டு துணிச்சலாக அருண் ஆள் மாறாட்டம் செய்துள்ளார்.

உயர்நீதிமன்றம் என்ன செய்யப்போகிறது என்பதை பொறுத்திருந்து பார்ப்போம்.

Unlike DMK government, it should support trial against Balveer Singh IPS who removed teeth of around 10 suspects & crushed testicles of few.

Form a special team to inquire phone-tapping & data theft (from cellphones of arrested suspects) by police officers. Who knows the team may even end up finding phone-tapping of your functionaries.

Withdraw cases registered by DMK government against activists, youtubers & journalists, including Savukku Shankar and his team.

Keep Alangulam suspended SI Esakkiraja-like cops away from law and order.

Appoint honest officers to top posts

Please ensure the police officials get no calls from ruling party functionaries, which will help police to legally act against real culprits.

Give special attention to trial against cops who were accused of brutal human rights violations.

Ensure that working-CCTV cameras are properly installed at all police stations as per SC order.

Ensure that talent and eligible people are appointed PPs and GPs in subordinate courts that will ensure public get justice.

Ensure the ban on police officers & officals uploading self-praising shorts/reels on social media for likes is implemented properly.

Please make Tamil Nadu people really feel that the police are their friends.

Ensure hike in police salary as promised and generate more jobs in the dept to implement eight-hour duty model in future.
