@SouthwestAir you can't help yourself from disappointing me. Can't think of another situation where I've received such an apathetic attitude for an issue your own agents created. The lackluster customer service in Dallas makes it very easy to start flying another airline!!

@kkieller At this point it looks as of they are both leveraging the ability of e-sims to handle multiple lines/carriers on one device. The primary difference that I see is that Cisco will be the mobile carrier where as MS will leverage existing carriers on Operator Connect.
