@FirstBSA yet again having the 171/522 services so close together has them following each other and the 522 services not waiting at its timed stops as has no passengers to pick up because the 171 scooped them all up. The old timetable worked well WHY CHANGE IT..!!

@FirstBSA can you tell me WHY the bus times for the 171/522 are so close together in the morning (07.03/07.06) (Paper Lane) but in the winter they are evenly spaced (10 min intervals) This means they tread on each others toes & hold each other up or even don’t wait @ timed point.

@FirstBSA in reference to the closure of the Paper Lane stop in Paulton. On the journey towards Bristol on the 172/522/376a have the drivers been instructed to drop off close to the stop (or temp stop) as this is the last stop in the village (next stop Hallatrow)….????

@FirstBSA Why is there no £2.40 single available on the West of England section on the App.? For us people that travel less than 6 miles to get to work and budget for this as tap on/off is unreliable (get charged multiple times when machines don’t work) @bathnes @WestofEnglandCA

@O2 No. Just if you need tickets to Enter the Bluebar or Blueroom, as I expect they get busy when there is a concert/gig on.

@FirstBSA my advice is, if you don’t want to p**s your customers off that have been waiting for a bus that didn’t turn up is to advise your drivers to turn off there GPS when trying to sneak back onto route to make up for time

@GWRHelp I’m very sad to hear the news of the passing of this great man. I was honoured to be there in 2016 when 43002 was named after him. The HST will be forever in the archives of locomotive history. RIP Sir Kenneth
