Common sense I wish more people understood:
The more you avoid the sun, the riskier it becomes to get exposed all of a sudden to large amounts
The more you avoid movement, the riskier it becomes to get exposed all of a sudden to large amounts
The more you avoid the cold, the riskier it becomes to get exposed all of a sudden to large amounts
The more you avoid hardships and seek comfort - the riskier it becomes to get exposed all of a sudden to large amounts
You need gradual, continuous exposure to build the sun callous, muscle, tolerance that makes the necessary exposure safe
People think hydration is mainly drinking enough water
Yes, ok, sure
But hydration is a lot more
- getting enough electrolytes
- charging your cells with electrons
- depleting deuterium to keep mitochondria efficient
- limiting toxins

But quite a limiting and dangerous lifestyle to adopt forever
