What value does each chess piece hold?

Typically:

Pawn = 1
Knight = 3
Bishop = 3
Rook = 5
Queen = 9

The king is the only piece that doesn't have a point value. It's possible for pieces to gain value in certain positions, such as a pawn nearing promotion.

Apparently you can use a vein in the collarbone and near the armpit. Felt like they used all of their weight to move the needles around while searching. I am officially playing a Marco Polo game that I did not want. Day 2, I look like i've been doing some major mma.
