multiple calls to close account. call handler said it was always my account not my father's, then I asked for it to be transferred (I didn't) and now the equipment I have doesn't match what the records say.

@filippospiga I've done this with my old Philips 1440p ultrawide. I found it hit and miss to getting the correct half screen resolution. I didn't do it enough to fully investigate

@EE @bt_uk the EE app is terrible. Trying to watch tnt sports and it's complaining I've reached device limit despite only having 1 device registered. Device limits like this are hugely anti consumer, don't work and just piss people off. Get rid of them like before

@CllrScottArthur when you look into improving public transport. No easy way to get from Herriot watt P&R to Edinburgh park station. straiton P&R has 3 bus routes go past it but only 1 stops there. 15 bus route stops at the bush instead of running through penicuik. More carrot less stick

While I understand why to me it's just another reason not to bother going into town.

We have a park & ride west of the city with no easy connection to train station and one to the south of the city where only 1 of the 3 near by bus routes actually stop.
