@adamdobson123 Absolutely agree - but from a shared decision making perspective - and based on the evidence and understanding that some modalities for some cases of FAI/dysplasia, can progress the onset of OA and worsen pt symptoms..

@MRheumy Not just an MSK problem unfortunately. Rheum has an 18month wait last I heard. Sorry state of affairs for patients and staff.

@Retlouping @OGdukeneurosurg I actually watched a webinar recently by a spinal surgeon in the UK who advised that patients with discs like the bottom right actually have NO pain at all based on his experience
