My phone didn't have internet or cellular network yesterday due to @Rogers issues.
Making most of it I did 28km bike ride, a Apple cider tasting and quality time with a friend.

@cibc I was after an hour of wait. And my ears hurting literally hurting listening to the "hold music ".
Many complies have implemented callback feature. It makes customer's life easier
@cibc maybe implement callback option when wait time is like an hour to talk to a customer representative.
FYI my card is not working and it caused me embarrassment when I tried to pay using it at store. Now I can't get hold of a human being to help me

@airindiain i am shocked at how little your customer support read client's emails. I had to repeat the same request for 3 times to refund whole amount as I couldn't fly due to medical reasons. Still they got it wrong.
