my friend's mom started an online merchandise store, to fund her urgent lipedema surgery. Every purchase counts and makes a huge difference indeed: https://t.co/ju7lNSF4Yf

Just had the chance to listen to episode 103 of the #Supermanagers podcast with @ral1 !
@aydin , thank you so much for being an excellent host and bringing immense value to current and aspiring managers through your podcast!
My key takeaway from it👇
@ral1@aydin Thank you for your kind words, Russ, and also for sharing some really valuable insights on the podcast. Can't wait to get my hands on the book!
.@TheyWinYouWin is one of those books I just can’t stop reading (and highlighting) 🤩
Thank you for the advance copy @ral1 🙏 can’t wait for every manager at @fellowapp to read this!

/ engaged employees and excellent results.
For more such valuable advice to thrive as a manager, from none other than @ral1 himself, I would highly recommend listening to episode 103 of the #Supermanagers podcast!
P.S.: In any case, try not missing out on the big 3!

2. How is this particular prescribed leadership standard held to account?
One should reason whether the prescriber of an advice has done any work to ensure that the prescribed advice works well, measurably and predictively i.e. leads to happier👇
Unpopular opinion: Full-stack isn't a good idea.
As a freelancer, i do frontend, backend, mobile, etc.
But in my day job, I'll stick to frontend only.
There's just too much to do in large scale software products, so there need to be experts, otherwise you'll face trade-offs.
In a world of conflicting opinions, most advice given to new developers is completely out of tune with human nature, as @CicmilJovan puts it in his recent article: https://t.co/t9PuEFUjYR
Do give it a read to discover how to find meaningful work as a software developer!
Although we still have a long way to go, to gather sufficient funds for my friend's surgeries, we wouldn't have been able to stay strong and come so far in this journey without your generous support.
Thank you so much, everyone!

@githudd I think it could be a good idea to use for loops, in case of iterations that are count-based (i.e. which run, a fixed number of times) and a while loop for logic-based iterations (i.e. which run as long as a logical condition holds true)
What do you think?
