@lifeindistrict Why would you hide the cancellation policy for restuarant reservations in small fine print? @jagograhakjago I made a restuarant reservation four weeks from now, for which I had to pay 13,000, but had to cancel it due to some exigency - but alas!

@jagograhakjago @ascionline Hoping the District team can guide them on how to, lest they have ~INR 14000 forfeited for a restaurant reservation a month from now, they click "Chat with Support" but they DON'T EVEN LIST THIS BOOKING IN THEIR AUTOMATED SUPPORT FLOWS!
