The proposal outlines practical recommendations on dormitory design, fire safety, emergency exits, occupancy limits, inspections, supervision, and emergency preparedness to help create safer learning environments for all learners.

We invite school boards, education stakeholders, built environment professionals, policymakers, and the public to review and support these recommendations.
