This keeps happening. Why does this pattern keep repeating, and how do we stop feeding the problem?

A bigger and clearer picture sits in the FBI UCR data. Black Americans (~13-14% of the U.S. population) account for ~50-55% of murder arrests and ~50-53% of robbery arrests in years with complete race data. Homicide victimization is also disproportionately Black-on-Black, but stranger and urban public attacks show the same racial skew.

We won't fix it by ignoring the data, making excuses, or continuing policies that incentivize family breakdown and repeat offending.

When El Cajon Mayor Bill Wells asked the California Department of Justice a simple question, “If a child in our city is being sex-trafficked by an illegal alien, can we at least do a welfare check on that child?” The answer he received was “No.”

The Attorney General’s office told Mayor Wells, “That would violate SB-54.” Wells posted his reply on X: “No workaround. No alternative. No explanation for how you’re supposed to save that child. That’s what California’s sanctuary law protects. Not the child. The trafficker.”
