Of you are good at Quake, you could quickly get good at any other shooter, but being good at CoD (or Medal of Honor in that day) did not translate to Quake.

Quake gives you weapons with six different damage types, and you move at a much much faster pace. Raw aim was important but ability to move quickly around the map was equally challenging
