Lincoln, we don’t need a service that’s working well to be kneecapped by a price ceiling.

There are real problems with Citibike like the lack of docks when coming back from work. These fixes need capital expenditures.

If there is an economic need for someone then we should provide targeted subsidies for them, but if someone can afford an annual plan for a good service, they should pay it so the service doesn’t fall into disrepair like so many of our train stations.
